<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variations in the performance of products, while reducing the manufacturing cost, by enhancing the assembly accuracy of a reactor.SOLUTION: The winding of a coil 1 is fixed, at both ends, by means of claws 21 provided in the bobbin 2, and held by the bobbin 2 while being elongated longer than the free length of the coil 1. Consequently, the coil 1 can be always fixed to the bobbin 2 with a fixed length, even if the overall length of the coil 1 is varied for each production lot, and thereby the assembly accuracy can be enhanced while suppressing variations in the performance of products. Furthermore, the reactor can be assembled stably without causing any rattling, because the protrusion 22 of the bobbin 2 is fitted in the groove 31 of an outer core 3a and fixed in place, although a force acts on the coil 1 in the contraction direction.</p> |
