An embodiment of the present invention provides a lighting system which comprises: a first and a second lighting device for irradiating indoor with light; and a wearable device capable of calculating, when an image corresponding to a user′s gaze is inputted, a first illumination of a first area distinguished in the image and, a second illumination of a second area excluding the first area from the image, and capable of controlling at least one from the first and the second lighting device so that the first and the second illumination fall into a set reference illumination range. |
