FLEXIBLE JOINTING STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE ROAD INSTALLATION USING KEY SHAPE AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an expansion joint structure of a rigidity paved road using a key shape capable of not allowing an elastic joint part to be deformed by enhancing an adhesive force between the elastic joint part and a rigidity paved surface, and constructing the elastic joint part without going through a step of cutting and crushing a rigidity paved surface when an expansion joint structure is installed at regular intervals in a rigidity paved road; and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the expansion joint structure of a rigidity paved road, which is installed in a spaced part between a concrete slab and an elastic joint part formed between rigidity paved layers paved to be adjacent to each other, comprises: a perforated drainpipe inserted and installed in a gap between concrete slabs installed to be adjacent to each other to induce and drain underground water; a first elastic sealing material with which a space formed in the upper part of the perforated drainpipe is filled, and with which a bottom surface and both lateral surfaces of the elastic joint part are coated; an asphalt-impregnated felt located in the bottom surface of the elastic joint part of the upper part of the first elastic sealing material; a second elastic sealing material with which the upper part of the asphalt-impregnated felt is coated; an elastic joint material with which the elastic joint part in the upper part of the second elastic sealing material is filled by mixing aggregate with thermoplastic resin and a finishing material with which the upper part of the elastic joint material is coated. In both lateral surfaces of the elastic joint part, a key shape protruding respectively is formed toward a rigidity paved layer in the width direction of a road.
