The present invention relates to a method of preparing transition metal-doped LaSrMnO_3 nanopowders to be used as a material of solid oxide fuel cell interconnects by hydrothermal synthesis. As a starting material, a precursor containing lanthanum (La), strontium (Sr), and manganese (Mn) is mixed, the mixture is doped with a nitrate precursor including transition metals, Fe and Ni, and the same is synthesized with KOH as a precipitant at a temperature of 100-250°C for 8-20 hours by a hydrothermal method. Then, transition metal-doped LaSrMnO_3 nanopowder is prepared by drying the same at a temperature of 100-200°C for 3-6 hours. The nanopowder is a spherical particle and the particle size thereof is in a nanoscale range of 20-300 nm. In addition, electrical conductivity of the nanopowder measured at high temperature shows 20-91 S/cm. |
