<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of restraining a change of an electric characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 comprises a chip component 2, having an electronic element 22 mounted on a first principal plane 21A, and a second principal plane 21B opposed to the first principal plane 21A and having an area larger than that of the first principal plane 21A when seen in a plane view; a wiring board 31, on which the chip component 2 is mounted while the first principal plane 21A is opposed via a first space S1; and a resin layer 4 provided from the second principal plane 21B of a board 21 to a surface of the wiring board 31.
