<p>A tool (10) for machining a workpiece in a machine tool comprises a coupling portion (41) that is in operation on the machine-side and that may be standardized for coupling the tool with a numerically controlled machine tool (30), a tool portion (43) that is in operation on the workpiece-side for machining the workpiece, and a mid-portion (42) between the coupling portion (41) and the tool portion (43).
