The method involves selecting identities stored in a memory device (5) that is connected via a processing device (2) to a device (1) for establishing a communications connection, whereby the selection of subscriber identities is dependent at least on the location of the device for establishing a communications connection and/or on a voice instruction. AN Independent claim is also included for the following: (a) an arrangement for implementing the inventive method; and (b) a method for selection of subscriber identities.
