<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent that contains a high activity enzyme, can stabilize the enzyme even in the presence of a high concentration surfactant, and has high detergency. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid detergent includes 40 mass% or more of a nonionic surfactant (A), a protease (B) which is derived from Bacillus and whose enzyme activity value at 10°C is 6% or more of that at 35°C, a water-miscible organic solvent (C) represented by general formula (c1), and a chelating agent (D). The enzyme activity value of the component (B) is a value measured using milk casein as a substrate. In general formula (c1), R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, 1-8C alkyl, phenyl, or benzyl; m represents an average repeating number of PO; n represents an average repeating number of EO; m is a number of 0-3; n is a number of 0-3; 1≤m+n≤6; EO represents oxyethylene; PO represents oxypropylene; and EO and PO may be mixed and arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
