The present invention relates to a multi direction multi cam type piercing equipment. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-direction, multi-cam type piercing equipment which smoothly executes a piercing work at a narrow angle and in a narrow space by executing a piercing work on a workpiece in a method where a piercing punch is operated and returned at the same time in different directions in a cam block. Additionally the present invention includes a method which can be applied when executing work with different angles of the piercing work on the left and right at a multi-direction piercing work. The present invention comprises: a cam base fixedly installed to a female mold; a cam push block installed to be slid on the cam base, having an operating inclined plane; a punch unit which is fixedly installed to an upper surface of an end of the cam base wherein a first and a second pierce punches located therein operate in different direction to each other at the same time by the cam push block; a return spring part installed in a spring installation hole of the cam base to be located between the cam base and the cam push block, and has an elasticity to move the cam push block in a rear end direction; a stopper fixedly installed to a rear end of the cam base, limiting a sliding range of the cam push block; a guide plate which is bolt coupled to a side of the cam base to be located on an upper side of the blade of the cam push block, preventing drifting of the cam push block; and a cam drive which has a driving inclined plane to be slid in contact with the operating inclined plane of the cam push block, and is connected and installed to the female mold. |
