The present invention relates to a propulsion apparatus for maritime navigation comprising: a duct fixated to the body of a ship; a rim arranged on the duct to be able to rotate and generating propulsion using one or more blades; one or more fins arranged in front of the rim and connecting the duct to the body of the ship; and a power supply line connected to the rim via the fin from the body of the ship to supply power to the rim.
