The present invention is related to a method for the manufacture of a food product for people suffering from diabetes mellitus. The method consists in producing nanomatrixes of TiO2 and extract of Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni, which comprises preparing a homogeneous solution of butyl alcohol, deionized water and extract of Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni, heating with constant agitation and reflux of 70°C, adding titanium n-butoxide, cooling and removing the solvent. |
