<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable flicker correction depending on whether or not a frame rate is adjusted at dynamic image photographing, in an imaging device not having a clock suitable for the dynamic image photographing. <P>SOLUTION: Whether or not adjustment of a frame rate is performed is determined based on an error to a target frame rate at dynamic image photographing. A frame cycle is controlled depending on the determination result to adjust the frame rate. Both a correction gain value corresponding to the frame cycle at the time when the adjustment of the frame rate is performed and a correction gain value corresponding to the frame cycle at the time when the adjustment of the frame rate is not performed are calculated. The correction gain value is selected depending on the determination result to perform flicker correction to imaging data.
