<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing polymerizable resin which can be used as a fluorine-containing surfactant to impart excellent stain-proof property and scratch resistance to a cured coating film surface, and to provide an active energy ray-curable composition which can maintain excellent stain-proof property even when the cured coating film surface has been worn by repeatedly wiping off a stain attached to the coating film surface after coating and curing, the cured product thereof, and an article having the cured coating film. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing polymerizable resin is a polymer which is obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer and which has a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain, an adamantyl group, and a polymerizable unsaturated group in the structure of the polymer.
