<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that can prevent an electric discharge due to an external static electricity from reaching a drive circuit, and enables the display device as a whole to be downsized by making a fringe of the display device narrow, and to provide an electronic device having the display device equipped.SOLUTION: The display device has: a substrate; a drive circuit that is arranged on the substrate; common wiring that is arranged on an outer side relative to the drive circuit on the substrate; auxiliary wiring that is arranged on an outer side relative to the drive circuit on the substrate and in an entire area of an area having the drive circuit arranged in an extention direction of the drive circuit; resistance that is connected to the auxiliary wiring and an equipotential part; and an electrostatic capacitance part that is connected to the auxiliary wiring and the equipotential part.</p> |
