The implant (1) has a first joint surface i.e. metacarpal joint surface, including a first central region articulating with a first bone i.e. metacarpal (M). A second joint surface i.e. scaphoid joint surface, includes a second central region articulating with a second bone i.e. scaphoid. The second region is placed on an opposite side of a median plane of a body relative to the first region. The central regions correspond to profiles of a first axial and a second axial segment. The axial segments are centered on axes. The axes are perpendicular to each other as projected on the median plane. The axial segments are each one of cylinder, cone and tows. |
