The present invention relates to a baseball bat equipped with a swing-speed measuring instrument driven by a battery. The baseball bat comprises: a memory card manufactured to measure a swing speed using a principle of an electronic scale and a centrifugal force when swing a baseball bat, and storing a measured numerical value; and a monitor portion for outputting the measured value and a statistic. Electronic devices are controlled using an integrated button portion and is able to transfer the measured value to the memory card and the monitor portion through a data transfer cable by being mutually connected with wire to supply the power to each electronic device.
