<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ET power amplification device capable of suppressing generation of nonlinear distortion of a PA amplification section and increasing the power efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The ET power amplification device includes: a PA amplification section 201 that amplifies an input signal to be amplified with a power supply voltage; a power supply control section 202 that detects an amplitude of an input signal and outputs a control signal based on amplitude-power supply voltage characteristics; and a PA power supply section 203 that supplies a power supply voltage corresponding to a control signal to the PA amplification section.
