<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a capacitor stably with high accuracy even when a load capacity is changed or an LC circuit constant varies. <P>SOLUTION: In a normal time, a semiconductor switch 1 performs an ON/OFF operation while a semiconductor switch 3 is being set to the ON state. During the ON period, a pulse voltage is applied from a DC power supply 5 to a reactor 2; and during the OFF period, a circulating current is passed from a diode 4 to the reactor 2. An electromagnetic energy is accumulated in the reactor 2 by constant current control using a value based on the ratio between the ON period and OFF period, and charging current is passed, by the OFF control of the switch 3, from the reactor to a capacitor through a reverse current blocking diode 8. For chopper control, a chopper controller 6 controls the ON/OFF ratio (the conduction rate of a chopper) of the semiconductor switch 1 so that a reactor current value detected by a current detector 7 is controlled to be a set value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
