<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a graphene film using a low-cost material with a simple process, more preferably to provide a method of manufacturing the graphene film that does not need a high-temperature heating step to manufacture the graphene film whose features as graphene are not deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a graphene film is provided that includes the steps of: preparing paste containing flake-like graphite or graphene, and a solvent; applying the paste on a substrate to spread the flake-like graphite or graphene on the surface of the substrate; and heating the flake-like graphite or graphene spread on the surface of the substrate under an inert gas atmosphere and the pressure condition of 100 atmospheric pressure or over. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
