The waste heat recovery system of the present invention comprises: a heating unit for conducting the heat exchange between charge air supplied to the engine and a working medium and for evaporating the working medium; an expanding unit for expanding the working medium leaked from the heating unit; a power recovery unit connected to the expanding unit; a condensing unit for condensing the working medium leaked from the expanding unit; a cooling medium supply pipe for supplying a cooling medium to an air cooler which cools the charge air leaked from the heating unit; a cooling medium pump installed on the cooling medium supply pipe to convey the cooling medium to the air cooler; and, a dividing pipe for dividing a part of the cooling medium flowing in the cooling medium supply pipe to the condensing unit for the working medium to be cooled by the cooling medium.
