The device is to produce either compressed gas or vacuum ,by a moving body of liquid over a turbine .The blades of the turbine have integral pistons which rotate around a fixed cam, causing movement of the piston to either compress gas or create vacuum .The pistons have one way valves on the piston crown enabling gas or vacuum to be transferred from the inner casing into the piston chamber the exit being at the top of the piston chamber and then through a line within the blade into the nose cone chamber .A double tube system allows for gas to exit the nose cone and for incoming gas to enter the inner casing completely separately whilst making a fixed axel for the cam .The cowling around the turbine blades may have grooves or fins in a spiral to rotate the flowing the body of liquid to give an improved torque effect upon the turbine blades (figure 7b) .The turbines may be connected in series to give a greater output in a moving body of liquid . |
