PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer recording medium readily obtaining printed matter excellent in durability represented by scratch resistance, and forming printed matter having a shaded and clear image high in transfer sensitivity in formation of a thermal transfer image.SOLUTION: The intermediate transfer recording medium 1 includes at least a base material 2, and a transfer section 8 peelably disposed on one surface of the base material 2, wherein in the transfer section 8, at least a peeling layer 3, a porous layer 4, and a receiving layer 5 are laminated in this order starting from the base material 2 side, and the receiving layer 5 is formed with a transfer image and used to transfer the transfer section 8 with the image formed to a transferred object. The porous layer 4 contains hollow particles and a mean particle size of the hollow particles is 0.1-5 μm. |
