<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film for molding an epoxy prepreg having a three-dimensional shape, and to provide a biaxially oriented polyarylene sulfide film for mold release which suppresses surface defect and wrinkle in a molding, and excellent in mold releasability. <P>SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyarylene sulfide composite film for mold release is practically composed of only a polyarylene sulfide resin and particles, and includes a base material layer (A layer) and a particle containing layer (B layer). The particle content W<SB POS="POST">A</SB>in the A layer is not more than 0.5 mass%, the average diameter D<SB POS="POST">B</SB>of particles contained in the B layer is 2-8μm, and the ratio (D<SB POS="POST">B</SB>/T<SB POS="POST">B</SB>) of the average diameter D<SB POS="POST">B</SB>of particles contained in the B layer to the thickness T<SB POS="POST">B</SB>of the B layer is 0.5-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
