<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure, in a microchip having a reagent disposition area for fixing an anaerobic antibody, that an anaerobic reagent can be supplied stably to the reagent disposition area without bringing it into contact with air.SOLUTION: A level-difference part is formed in the periphery of an inlet port 13a and an outlet port 13b to and from a flow passage 14 having a reagent disposition area. A self-repairing sealant 17 comprising a silicone gel having a self-repairing function is poured into this level-difference part, and the inlet port 13a and the outlet port 13b are blocked by a sheet part 11a and the self-repairing sealant 17. To supply a reagent to the microchip 10, fluid discharge means 21 having an opening 21a the tip part of which is formed in shape of a needle and which constitutes a fluid discharge port and fluid recovery means 22 having an opening 22a the tip part of which is formed in shape of a needle and which constitutes a fluid recovery port are introduced into a space having the reagent disposition area by penetrating each of the sheet part 11a and the self-repairing sealant 17, and the reagent is supplied to a space in the reagent disposition area of the microchip 10.</p> |
