Provided are a display panel, a stain compensation system thereof, and a stain compensation method thereof. The stain compensation system comprises: a test signal supply portion for individually providing test signals corresponding to a first reference tone, a second reference tone, and a third reference tone, which are preset, to a display panel; a brightness calculation portion for acquiring an image by reference tone displayed on the display panel in accordance with the test signal, and calculating brightness distribution data by reference tone of the display panel; and a compensation data calculation portion for calculating compensation data based on the brightness distribution data by reference tone. The first to third reference tones have different tone values. The third reference tone corresponds to a maximum reference value of input tone data to be inputted into the display panel. The compensation data increases the maximum reference value of the input tone data.
