The present utility model relates to a process for producing oil from coconut without copra comprising the steps of conveying fresh coconut to a cracking machine; cracking said coconut; dividing the cracked coconut into smaller pieces; separating the coconut meat and shell of the coconut pieces; conveying the coconut meat to at least a pair of baking chambers; conveying the baked coconut meat to a pressing machine to produce cooking oil; separating the resulting cooking oil and the coconut waste; filtering the cooking oil through a series of filters; and heating the filtered cooking oil. |
