<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp-opening mechanism for a handloom, which provides any opening pattern and enables weaving of fabrics with various woven patterns while enabling warp preparatory work to be easily carried out. <P>SOLUTION: The warp-opening mechanism of the present invention for a loom comprises: a frame having a pair of side walls erected upward from both ends in the width direction; a plurality of thin plate-like operation members which are rotatably supported with respect to the frame via a support shaft supported by the side walls, and which are provided in a row in the width direction; a plurality of thin plate-like lift members which are provided so as to extend vertically, and which are each disposed in each space between the operation members adjacent in the width direction; a guide shaft installed between the pair of side walls at a position where it penetrates the lift members; a plurality of selection members which are provided so as to correspond to the lift members, and which are each disposed with one end facing each lift member and extend in the warp direction; and a driving device which is provided for each selection member and displaces the selection member to at least one end side in the extending direction thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
