摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-quadrant copper control device capable of performing compensation control by the amount of IR drop to charge/discharge of a capacitor, and obtaining charge/discharge voltage accuracy also for improvement in utilization efficiency of charge/discharge power, and variation of internal resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The two-quadrant chopper control device comprises: a charge/discharge voltage control system (AVR) for controlling charge/discharge between a smoothing capacitor 2 of a DC source, and a capacitor 6 for power by two-quadrant chopper body 4 and a DC reactor 5, and automatically controlling a voltage of the DC source to a target value, and a charge/discharge current control system (ACR) for automatically controlling a charge/discharge current of the capacitor 6 to a charge/discharge current command obtained from the voltage control system. The charge/discharge current control system has current limiters LIMic and LIMid for limiting a charge/discharge current of the capacitor to a low value as being closer to the end stage of charge/discharge of the capacitor or the DC source and suppressing a voltage drop amount, and suppresses step variation of a capacitor voltage V2 at the time of a charge/discharge stop or start. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
