<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove hot pixels and cold pixels while maintaining the preservability of an image structure. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device has two pairs that are different-color-included Max and Min filters simultaneously referring to a different-color pixel and an identical-color pixel, and only-identical-color Max and Min filters referring only to identical-color pixels. The image processing device basically uses the different-color-included Max and Min filters, and especially, only under a condition of a flat part region of a chromatic color part where generation of a residual prominent point is conspicuous, limitedly uses the only-identical-color Max and Min filters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
