<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade improved in safety and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting blade includes a body 11 of a band plate shape, and a plurality of cutting edges 12 formed in a serrated shape at one end of the body 11. Each of the cutting edges 12 includes a tip 14 whose outer edge has a flat surface 13 parallel with the plate thickness direction of the body 11 while assuming a circular arc shape viewed from the plate thickness direction, and a shift part 15 connected to the tip 14 and increased in thickness toward the inside of the cutting blade. One side surface of the shift part 15 inclines outward with respect to a first imaginary plane that is orthogonal to the flat surface 13 from a connected position to the flat surface 13, and the other side surface is orthogonal to the flat surface 13. The radius of curvature of the tip 14 is set to 0.15 mm, the thickness of the flat surface 13 is set to 0.10 mm, and an angle defined by the first imaginary plane and a ridge line 28 of the one side surface of the shift part 15 in the tip position 16 of the tip 14 is set to 15°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
