<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device capable of precisely feeding grains in each prescribed amount even when the amount of the grains to be fed is increased or decreased. <P>SOLUTION: The feeding device for feeding the grains in each prescribed amount is constituted so that when a perforated plate 60 is rotated and a perforated plate hole 61 of the perforated plate 60 is positioned over a feeding port 55a of a lower member 55, the perforated plate hole 61 of the perforated plate 60 may communicate with the feeding port 55a of the lower member 55, and the grains accumulated in the perforated plate hole 61 of the perforated plate 60 may be fed from the feeding port 55a of the lower member 55.
