<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a cooperative communication in a plurality of base stations at an appropriate situation. <P>SOLUTION: A radio terminal UE comprises a radio communication part 210, and a control part 240 which controls the radio communication part 210 to perform the cooperative communication in a plurality of base stations when it is determined that the cooperative communication in the plurality of base stations is performed where communication including data transmission is performed with base stations eNB#1 and eNB#2.
