<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a heat-resistant glass container capable of being used in a microwave oven and being disinfected with hot water without any problem, and imparted with the antibacterial performance for containers of various sizes and shapes, and to provide the heat-resistant glass container; and to provide a heat-resistant glass container capable of being easily distinguished to be one imparted with the antibacterial performance in which the glass itself contains silver ions, and to provide the heat-resistant glass container. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of polishing at least the inner surface of the heat-resistant glass container, a step of applying a solution containing silver on the polished surface to form a silver film, a step of heat treating the container having the silver film formed at a temperature of >550°C and≤700°C to diffuse silver ions from the glass surface into the inside and to deposit silver colloids in the glass, and a step of cleaning and removing silver not having diffused inside the glass and remaining on the surface by using an acid such as nitric acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
