<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device in which a plain paper is used as a sheet to be distinguished from another sheet, in a bookbinding processing.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device has a conveyance part for conveying a sheet, folding means for applying a folding processing to a sheet, binding means for applying a binding processing to a sheet, and a control part for controlling bookbinding of a booklet. The folding means applies a folding processing by using either of a first folding position separated from a center part in the sheet longitudinal direction at a prescribed dimension to the upstream in the sheet conveyance direction and a second folding position separated at a prescribed dimension to the downstream in the sheet conveyance direction as a folding position. The control part controls a combined binding processing of a first sheet to which the folding processing is applied, and which has a first regionαand a second regionβnarrower than the first region which are bounded by the folding position, and a second sheet to which the folding processing is not applied.</p> |
