摘要 The invention relates to a thermal treatment method of crushed tyres which is performed by a thermolysis process within the reactor (1) and with the separation of thermolysis products. The thermolysis is performed at a temperature between 400°C - 550°C in an oxygen-free environment, performing a recirculation to the reactor (1) of a portion of the thermolysis gases directed through a device for preparing hot gases (14). In order to create an oxygen-free environment are used exhaust fumes from an internal combustion engine (4), which are supplied to the reactor (1). The ratio of the weight of the exhaust fumes from the internal combustion engine to the weight of the supplied raw material is selected from 0.4:1 to 0.7:1. The ratio of the weight of thermolysis gases supplied to the device for preparing hot gases (14) to the weight of the raw material is selected from 0.30:1 to 0.45:1. The installation for the thermal processing of used tyres comprises: a reactor (1), connected to the reactor (1), a device for preparing hot gases (14) connected to the reactor (1) a feeding mechanism of the reactor with crushed used tyres (2) and connected to an internal combustion engine (ICE) (4). The exhaust fumes outlet (11) of the (ICE) (4) is connected to the inlet (19) of the device for preparing hot gases (14) and to the gas inlet (19) of the feeding mechanism of the reactor with crushed tyres (2). The gas outlet (20) of the feeding mechanism of the reactor with crushed tyres (2) is connected to the inlet (23) of the cooling zone for the solid thermolysis products of the reactor (1). The installation is provided with a mechanism for using the thermolysis gases (5). The installation allow to considerably increase the effectiveness, productivity, profitability and quality of the treatment of the hydrocarbon raw material by means of the use of residual energies, optimizing the energy consumption, the reduction and elimination of emissions; an important improvement in the obtained products as well as a higher number of them by higher specificity of the same.
