Disclosed are a device for automatically measuring special filter rod section feature parameters and a measuring method thereof according to an aspect of the present invention which comprise an automatic loading device, a rotation clamping device, an unloading platform, a cutting device, and an image capturing device. A filter rod sample is transferred from an outlet of the automatic loading device to the unloading platform and transferred to the cutting device and the image capturing device through the rotation clamping device. In comparison with an existing device and an existing measuring method, the device for automatically measuring special filter rod section feature parameters and the measuring method thereof according to the present invention have a high level of full automatization, completely eliminate manual handling, prevent a measured sample from being damaged(ex: groupe shape deformation or the like), and maximally reduce business intensity and increase work efficiency and work speed in order to drastically increase effects of controlling production quality of a special filter rod. |
