The present invention relates to a black-colored photosensitive resin composition and a black matrix manufactured by using the same and, more specifically, to a black-colored photosensitive resin composition and a black matrix manufactured by using the same, capable of reducing a difference of optical density with respect to a position and representing excellent pattern linearity at the same time, which is polymerized by comprising (A) a coloring agent, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a photopolymerization compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, and (E) a solvent. The coloring agent (A) with a primary diameter of 20-60 nm contains carbon black with i-ray penetration of at least 0.3 when an OD value is 1.5. The alkali-soluble resin (B) contains a monomer having a specific structure.
