The present invention relates to an organic light emitting compound which is employed in an organic light emitting device and represented by chemical formula 1. In addition, if employing the compound as a host compound in a light emitting layer, it is possible to provide an organic light emitting device with excellent light emitting properties including driving voltage, luminance, and long life span.
