The present invention relates to an apparatus for extracting coffee. More specifically, the apparatus comprises: a water storage portion; a coffee extraction portion which extracts undiluted coffee liquid; an undiluted liquid storage portion which stores the undiluted coffee liquid; and a water supply portion which supplies water to the coffee extraction portion from the water storage portion. The water supply portion comprises: a pump which pumps the water stored in the water storage portion; a temporary reservoir where the water pumped by the pump is temporarily stored; and a plurality of guiding tubes formed to equally inject the water of the temporary reservoir, into the coffee extraction portion. The coffee extraction portion comprises: an extractor; and a cover. The extractor comprises: a filter which filters the undiluted coffee liquid; and partitions which individually divide an internal space of the extractor into a plurality of compartments where coffee powder is filled and have through holes to allow a movement of the water between the neighboring compartments. The guiding tubes is configured to allow the water to be sprayed in the compartments. The apparatus for extracting coffee of the present invention can produce the undiluted coffee liquid having equal concentration in overall as the water is equally penetrated through coffee powder as the guiding tubes are formed to inject the water into each compartment. Especially, the apparatus of the present invention has a structure which is suitable for a mass production of the undiluted coffee liquid as the water storage portion is arranged in parallel with the coffee extraction portion or the undiluted liquid storage portion. |
