The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for inferring user′s emotion based on a network. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: an emotion matching/service portion for respectively receiving a biosignal and a non-biosignal, respectively converting the same into a biotransformation model and an environment change model, inferring the user′s emotion through a matching between the converted biotransformation model, the converted environment change model, and an emotion matching simplification model provided from the outside, providing an emotion-based service to a user based on the inferred user′s emotion, determining whether an accuracy of the inferred emotion is exact or not through a user feedback, and transmitting the emotion, the biotransformation model, and the environment change model thereof; and a complex inference portion for communicating with the emotion matching/service portion through the network, generating a new user biotransformation/environment change model and a new emotion inference model by using the emotion, the biotransformation model, and the environment change model of the user provided from the emotion matching/service portion, generating an emotion matching simplification model which can infer an emotion only with a simple calculation based on the emotion inference model, and transmitting the emotion matching simplification model to the emotion matching/service portion. According to the present invention, the apparatus can increase an accuracy of inferring an emotion by inferring a user′s emotion change by mapping the non-biosignal such as a surrounding environment change of the user and an emotion change as well as a change of different biosignals of the user. |
