The present invention has a purpose of improving self-durability and conductivity of a cable for carbon dioxide gas welding, but a problem of damaging an outer side of a non-woven fabric or a rubber which envelops the outside of a power conductor cable occurs due to an accumulation of a degree of fatigue in a coupling part of a cable for gas welding when used in field. To resolve the above problem, the present invention is comprises: a first member which forms an insertion groove in a form of screw on the outside to smoothly insert an elastic member; and an inclined plane which has a stumbling jaw on a lower part of the first member, and has a stumbling part on a lower part of a second member to couple the first and the second members wherein the outside of the second member becomes narrower in an upward direction. An elastic member is inserted and fixated on an insertion groove in a form of a screw formed on the outside of the first member and an inclined plane of the second member.
