<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze-burn inhibitor for frozen noodles, and to provide frozen noodles prevented from freeze-burn using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The freeze-burn inhibitor for frozen noodles is provided, being characterized by including a kind of a fat and oil with its melting point ranging from ≥5°C and ≤30°C.
