<p>The circuit board (10) has a cooling body (12) including a recess (14) for accommodating electrically non-conducting cooling medium (20) e.g. gas, liquid, gel, oil or water-glycol mixture, where the recess is covered from the board. The board is attached to the cooling body in a sealed manner, and a sealed space of the recess is filled with the cooling medium. A sealing element (18) is arranged between the board and the cooling body and surrounds the recess. The sealing element is arranged in a nut (16) of the cooling body.</p> |
