The present invention relates to a swash plate piston pump to minimize the damage and breakage caused by friction by preventing the backflow of hydraulic oil for forming an oil film between a piston shoe and an inclination plate in the low speed rotation by direction conversion and speed change of a rotary shaft, thereby securing durability and reliability. The swash plate piston pump comprises: a housing; the rotary shaft; the inclination plate; a cylinder block; multiple pistons which are inserted and installed on each cylinder of the cylinder block to be able to reciprocate in an axial direction so a globular piston ball faces an inclination side of the inclination plate on each end, and forms a penetrated hydraulic oil moving hole from the other end to the piston ball; multiple piston shoes which is combined to the piston ball of each of the pistons by a ball joint by forming a socket side on each side, is in contact with the inclination side and slides by forming a sliding side on the other side, and forms a penetrated lubrication moving hole from the socket side to the sliding side to be able to connect with the hydraulic oil moving hole of each of the pistons; and multiple check valves which are fixated and installed on the hydraulic oil moving hole of each of the pistons, open the flow of the hydraulic oil to one end direction of the piston from the other end, and close the flow of the hydraulic oil in a reverse direction opposed to the one end direction.
