<p>The dispenser (1) has a tear-off opening (25) from which a container cover projects out for actuating purposes, where the cover is provided in a blister package. An air flow is partially sucked through a container in the package after removal of the container cover from the container. The air flow is sucked laterally into the dispenser with respect to a tear-off direction of the container cover, where the container cover is provided for closing the tear-off opening. The air flow enters into a deflection section of a turbulence chamber (7) in a same level after interfusing the container.</p> |
