The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of milk including a corn. Especially, a corn solution is gained by not including raw corn powder into raw milk but steaming, soaking, and extracting a grain of the corn and/or cork silk. By supercritical extracting or high pressure enzyme reacting the same by a breakdown enzyme, and mixing the same with raw milk, the method of the present invention can extract a useful ingredient from the corn more, remove lipid, free fatty acid, a residual pesticide, a heavy metal, etc existing on the surface of the corn, and increase a taste and a flavor of milk by removing mucilage, a sediment, etc of the corn. |
