1. A method for performing a handover at a serving base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving an indicator from a mobile terminal, the indicator indicating that the mobile terminal will perform a handover of a specific handover type, the handover type of the specific handover type being performed without performing a measurement for the handover when the mobile terminal moves on a predetermined movement path; performing a negotiation related to a location-based service (LBS) with a target base station according to the indicator; transmitting a negotiation result to the mobile terminal; transmitting a path request message to a core network node; receiving handover target base station information from the core network node, the handover target base station information being generated based on a current position of the mobile terminal; and transmitting, to the target base station, an estimated time at which the mobile terminal will arrive at the target base station.
