The present invention provides a multipurpose food dehydrator which can simply wash a food waste dehydrator and a drainage container of a drainage hole of a sink which contains the same. To this end, the multipurpose food dehydrator of the present invention comprises: a support (10) attached to the drainage container of a sink; a rotary filter (20) which is rotated while being separated from the support (10) at certain intervals; an internal cap (30) assembled on an upper side of the rotary filter (20); an external cap (50) having a gear bundle mutually linked with the rotary shaft (40), which makes the rotary filter (20) be rotated along with the internal cap (30), and combined with a top upper end of the support (10); at least one first washing member (60) formed in on an internal side of the support (10) to be in contact with the external circumferential surface of the rotary filter (20); and a second washing member (70) making a sponge (75a) or a brush (75b) be fixed at length on one side or both sides of an assembly portion (74) of wings (73) extending toward both sides of a body (71), and making the rotary filter (20) or the food dehydrator be rotated inside the drainage container where the rotary filter (20) or the food dehydrator are separated with the rotary shaft (40) as a medium mutually dissembled and assembled in a shaft assembly portion (77) formed in a central portion of the body (71).
