METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING THE VIBRATION OF A BUILDING USING EYE DEVIATION

The present invention relates to a method and a system for determining the vibration given to a building in real time without using a vibration measuring device. The method of the present invention comprises: (a) a step for entering building information through a building information input module to set a standard scope of the determination of the presence or absence of vibration by using the entered building information; (b) a step where a temperature deviation calculating module calculates a temperature deviation by using an image of an eyeball (B) of a subject for measurement (A); and, (c) a step where a vibration presence determining module calculates an acceleration corresponding to the calculated temperature deviation and determines that there is a vibration of the building when the calculated acceleration is beyond the standard scope. In the step (b), the subject for measurement (A) is the majority of the occupants in the building determined by a measurement subject determining module, and the measurement subject determining module provides a method for determining the presence or absence of vibration in the building to select the occupants in the building whose movement volume detected by an occupant sensor located close to a majority of cameras is within a preset scope as the subject for measurement (A). According to the present invention, the system can check the vibration of the building even without a separate additional facility, and can easily check the vibration of the building in real time when there are one or more occupants in the building. The system also can determine the presence or absence of vibration of the building according to standards that may differ from building to building, and can increase the accuracy by securing a great number of subjects for measurement.
