The present invention relates to a pillow which supports and pressures the cervical spine on the back of the neck, occipital bone, and thoracic spine between the shoulder blades when a user lies down. More specifically, the pillow includes: a back unit formed to be convex; a first pressure unit including multiple small first pressure protrusions and a pair of large second pressure protrusions; and a second pressure unit which has multiple third pressure protrusions formed and arranged thereon. Accordingly, the present invention enables the user to adjust the slope of the pillow in all four directions as needed to pressure the body regions conveniently. |
